Response Time
We aim to review support requests within 3 business days. Some issues, such as platform outages, ad network problems, purchase verification, or store review delays, may take longer because they depend on Apple, Google, or other platform providers.
Purchase Support
Don't Tap Red offers a one-time non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. If ads continue to appear after purchase, open the app's Privacy and Support sheet and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made. For iOS purchases, use Apple's purchase support tools. For Android purchases, use Google Play purchase support. We cannot directly issue store refunds, but we can help troubleshoot restore or entitlement issues.
Ads
The free version may show banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Ads are intended to appear outside active gameplay or as an optional continue after game over. If an ad appears in a way that blocks play, repeats excessively, or seems inappropriate, contact support with your country or region, device model, app version, and the approximate time it occurred.
Leaderboard Support
On iOS, Don't Tap Red supports an optional Apple Game Center best-score leaderboard. If leaderboard features do not open or scores do not appear, confirm that Game Center is enabled and that you are signed in on the device.
Privacy Requests
Don't Tap Red does not operate first-party accounts or cloud profiles. Your best score is stored locally on your device, and you can remove local app data by deleting the app. If you emailed support and want support messages deleted, contact us from the same email address and we will review the request.
Unsupported Requests
We cannot recover local scores after the app is deleted or device data is erased.
We cannot directly change Apple Game Center rankings or player handles.
We cannot directly issue App Store or Google Play refunds.
We cannot guarantee ad availability for optional rewarded continues.
